Wikiright aims to provide individuals, organizations and businesses (hereinafter referred to as “Wikiright clients”) with an extensive, responsive, affordable and convenient legal service for all.
Our philosophy is simple: access to the law is possible and desirable for everyone.
The main services provided by Wikiright to its customers are:
Articles, news, information: Information, articles, analyzes and comments relating to legal subjects, concerning the daily life of individuals or companies, or news
Letter templates: Models of mail towards the institutions, the companies or any other particular, written by lawyers according to their specialty or their activity.
Contract templates: Models of contracts between companies (BtoB), between individuals, drawn up by lawyers according to their specialty or activity.
Find a lawyer: Multi-criteria search in the database of Wikiright partner lawyers.
Ask a question to a lawyer: The question asked of a lawyer allows an initial contact between a Wikiright client and the partner lawyer. This connection is, when it responds to an article or document provided by the partner lawyer, free and unlimited.Each partner lawyer can choose the form in which he intends to receive and deal with questions. The choice of tariff is also free.
Case submission WHO’S FIRST™: Registered Wikiright clients can post their case and search for an available lawyer by sorting by area of expertise / location / language / budget. The first lawyer who responds favorably to the client's request may take on the processing of the file, provided there is no conflict of interest.

Through Wikiright, partner lawyers can be listed on our directory, create a profile page, publish articles, comments, news on Wikiright.com and also be put in introduced with Wikiright visitors.
The lawyer thus improves his visibility on the internet and develops his clientele. Its promotion on the Wikiright site will result from the frequency and quality of the content published on the Wikiright site.
Aware of their common interest in creating synergy, the parties have come together and have agreed on a partnership under the conditions set out below. The purpose of this agreement is to define the relations between Wikiright and the partner lawyer.
IT IS THEREFORE AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES

Article 1 Services provided to the lawyer by WIKIRIGHT
1.1. Lawyer directory
Wikiright provides a Directory of Lawyers to make it easier for Users to find a professional according to their areas of expertise, name or location.
Wikiright reserves for each lawyer a profile page for professional use only, which may contain his photograph, his contact details, his activities, his areas of expertise or specializations and also allowing him to disseminate legal content (links, articles, newsletter etc.) under his responsibility.
The Lawyer recognizes and accepts that his Profile is public, searchable and accessible by all Internet users, customers or not of Wikiright.
NB: Paid documents or advice are not accessible without logging in and fulfillment of payment required by the lawyer.
When a Wikiright visitor needs a lawyer, he has the possibility to make searches on the basis of multiple criteria such as:
- the field and specialty of law
- Location
- Language
- Availability
- Budget
- Rating
- Notoriety on Wikiright (calculated on the number of publications and consultations)
The search results are rendered according to the above natural criteria.
By default, for searches carried out from the article or document pages, it is the author of said article or document who is given priority in this research (in the form on the right) by the visitor.
For searches carried out from other forms, the display of results is weighted by the criteria seen above, then in alphabetical order.
1.2 Introduction to lawyers
a/ The questions to a Lawyer
Questions are directed to the Partner Lawyer:
- Directly by selection by the CLIENT, of the lawyer to whom he wishes to ask a question or enter into contact
- using the Who’s First method to find an available lawyer
It is possible, for Who's first connections:
- for the client: to refuse the lawyer proposed to him
- for the lawyer: after acceptance of the Client's request, except in the event of a conflict of interest.
During the process of finding a lawyer in the Wikiright search engine, the visitor can choose:
- the display of a list of lawyers meeting their criteria, and send one of our partner lawyers a request. The lawyer, via the site's internal messaging service, can respond according to his availability. This connection continues outside the field of follow-up or responsibility of Wikiright.
- to use the Who's First search, addressed to a maximum of 5 lawyers meeting these request criteria, allowing the partner lawyer who will answer to take charge of the file if the latter meets the eligibility criteria (urgency, territoriality , language, field, budget, conflict of interest.). The visitor is put in contact with the partner lawyer, who undertakes to contact the visitor within 48 working hours.
Once the Who's First search has been carried out by the visitor, and the connection made, the partner lawyer can choose to withdraw from the request received, and the visitor's initial request would again be sent to 5 lawyers meeting the same criteria of research.
b/ Sale of documents on Wikiright
For partner lawyers who have the "online sales" option, they can sell documents, standard letters and model contracts. The sales made are collected on the Wikiright site which transfers, on the amount collected, 80% of the amount paid to the author, in this case the partner lawyer.
The pricing policy for the documents put up for sale is displayed in the space dedicated to the partner lawyer.
Every month, a summary of the month's operations will be sent. The partner lawyer will have to send Wikiright an invoice relating to the share (80% incl. VAT) due to him.
The amounts due to partner lawyers are paid every month on the 15th following the month concerned by the above operations.

Article 2 : Lawyer's commitments
2.1 The lawyer declares beforehand:
- Have been admitted to the bar (foreign bar / lawyer number). He must prove his identity and give full contact details (such as address / email / telephone number / name of the firm).
- Have at least two years of experience in the legal field in which he intends to contribute and offer his services
- The partner lawyer guarantees Wikiright that it has all the rights necessary to conclude this contract and that it does not violate the rights of a third party.
2. 2 The partner lawyer undertakes to consider each client referred to him by Wikiright as a privileged client, and to treat his request with professionalism, fairness and ethics.
2.3 The Advocate will demonstrate competence, dedication, diligence and prudence with respect to his clients.
The lawyer must ensure the identity and characteristics of the Wikiright client to whom he responds, in order to respect professional secrecy, avoid any conflict of interest, ensure compliance with the rules relating to the prevention of money laundering .
When entering into a relationship, the Lawyers justify to Wikiright their quality of lawyer and the bar in which they practice at the time of their Registration. In the event of fraud on the part of the lawyer on this point, the responsibility of Wikiright cannot be engaged.
Lawyers provide Advice to Users under their sole and exclusive professional and ethical responsibility.
In order to access the paid services of Wikiright, the Customer creates a CUSTOMER Account by indicating his identity and his personal data (strictly necessary for the processing of his request). Users accept that some of the information entered during the creation of their CLIENT account can be transmitted to Lawyers, for the purpose of providing the services offered by the Platform. This transmission will also facilitate the identification of a possible conflict of interest by the lawyer. Only the Lawyer selected by the Wikiright client or contacted for a Who’s First request can have access to this data.
2.4 Communication and writing
The lawyer undertakes to write his articles or documents and respond in his exchanges in the language or languages indicated during the creation of his partner account.
Any communication published on the site must be written in their native or fluent language, as declared in the sign up form or profile.
Documents and exchanges between Wikiright users and partner lawyers:
- carried out on the Wikiright.com site are confidential, and protected by security measures such as the encryption of connection sessions, the protection of access and the confidentiality of exchanges. Wikiright is therefore the host of a connection and access service and cannot be held responsible for the content exchanged. Wikiright's moderation service provides a formalism and layout verification service and makes no claim to analyze articles, documents, exchanges put online by partner lawyers, or the quality of users' requests.
- the documents published on the Wikiright site are accessible to all users of the site under the conditions fixed by the conditions of use, and the specific conditions specific to each document according to the will of the lawyer to publish, make available, or sell the documents.
2.5 Receiving and processing user requests
The partner lawyer declares to be competent in the fields for which he has indicated his skills, experience and diplomas in his profile.
Given the international reach of Wikiright, the partner lawyer declares that he is able to write and respond to requests received in the languages for which he has declared himself suitable in his profile.
Speaking or exchanging in a language does not, of course, mean being able to practice in the country from which a request is made. Also the partner lawyer must inform in his profile and possibly check during user requests, if he has the ability to intervene on this precise location point.
2.6 Partner lawyer editorial line
The partner lawyer, for the purpose of referencing his profile, writes articles and provides model documents or contracts in the areas exclusively of his competence and experience.
Partner lawyers can write in the language of their choice, provided they write with perfect command of the language.
The articles or documents provided must comply with formal conditions (a standard frame is available in the lawyer area) and include comments or explanations in the appendix, necessary to make the content accessible to as many people as possible.
As a reminder, it is strongly advised to write an article linked to a document (model letter or model contract) so that reading a subject can link the article, document and author without interruption, to promote put in touch with the partner lawyer.
2.7 Content publishing
The partner lawyer provides, within a maximum period of 2 months after registration, 5 documents and 5 articles.
Beyond that, the partner lawyer can publish at discretion, with a minimum of one article and one document per quarter.

Article 3 : Wikiright's COMMITMENTS
3.1 Wikiright publishes a platform for the publication of legal content and remote connection accessible at the address www.Wikiright.com allowing Wikiright users to:
a / find documents (model letters and contracts)
b / read general or expert articles published by lawyers
c / access to news feeds (information) put online by Wikiright
d / be put in touch with a partner lawyer to ask a question and receive an answer:
- by phone,
- in writing,
e / to carry out a legal consultation in complete independence and in compliance with the ethical rules of the profession.
f / publish and develop the visibility and competence on the Web of the partner lawyer.
3.2 Content publication
Wikiright undertakes to publish said content and articles after internal moderation on the form of the content sent by partner lawyers.
For all partner users and lawyers, Wikiright provides an alert and reporting service that can bring problems of use, content and quality to Wikiright. This service is available to all duly registered users and partner lawyers.
In order to provide readable, distinguishable content and avoid duplication in the publication of content, standard letters, documents or contracts published on the Wikiright.com site, the editorial validation team may, in the event that moderation during the request of publication would have mistakenly authorized the publication of said content, intervene to modify or delete the publication of an element online.
3.3 Wikiright undertakes to highlight the lawyer in his specialty in proportion to the content he has provided. According to the rules of natural referencing, the more a lawyer publishes content in quality and quantity the more his visibility increases in his field of competence.
3.4 Wikiright acts as the sole intermediary for linking Wikiright users and Partner Lawyers. Lawyers provide services to Wikiright clients under their one and only professional and ethical responsibility.
3.5 Wikiright is committed to providing users and partner lawyers with a reliable, secure and fast service, which complies with laws on the processing of personal data, and strives to guarantee a high level of service. WIKIRIGHT cannot in any case be held responsible for a lack or a drop in the supply of visibility or business to partner lawyers, its policy of fair allocation of requests for contact or in the event of force majeure material, environmental, nor finally of the vagaries related to internet traffic or to the referencing of the site or any of its pages in situ or on social networks.

Article 4 :Fair relationships
During the existence of this agreement, the parties undertake to always behave towards each other as loyal and good faith partners and, in particular, to inform each other of the difficulties they may encounter in the execution of this agreement.
In case of unfair behavior or false signing up in Wikiright website, Wikiright will deactivate your account or close your account at its sole and irrevocable discretion.

Article 5 :Entry into force, duration and invoicing
5.1 The agreement comes into force on the date of signature by the last of the two parties for an initial period of one (1) year (hereinafter referred to as "initial term").
5.2 At the end of the initial period, the agreement is renewed by tacit agreement for successive periods of one (1) year each, unless terminated by one or other of the parties subject to three (3) months' notice. ) months.
5.3 Duration
a- profile creation
- Partner lawyers must fill in the fields necessary for their identification and post a professional and sober photo, or their logo. Also, you will be asked to attach a copy of identity document and, depending on the area, diploma copy and registration copy to the bar (s) indicated in the profile.
This data, once provided and verified by the moderation service, will be encrypted with an AES 512 encryption key.
- Within 12 months of registration and unless expressly authorized by Wikiright, the areas of expertise for which the partner lawyer can publish content is limited to a maximum of 3 areas.
- For firms with multiple jurisdictions, it is possible to request a waiver if it is the firm that is the publisher of the articles instead of individual lawyers.
b- Articles and Documents
The content provided by partner lawyers is sent from the interface dedicated to partner lawyers and moderated to check their layout and compliance with Wikiright's editorial policy.
Articles and documents belong to their authors (partner lawyers) and are published for a period of THREE years (3 years), except in cases where these contents:
- contravene Wikiright's publishing policy,
- would be reported by the law society to which the partner lawyer is attached, as being contrary, by reason of its author or content, to local ethics.
- in the event of expulsion of the lawyer partner of the Wikiright network.
c- Billing management
The registration and use of the Wikiright platform (reception of requests, processing of files ...) for lawyers is completely free.
The partner lawyer is free to publish, beyond the conditions of editorial participation, as much content as he wishes.
All connections from forms located on article or document pages are free.
Connections from search forms are, beyond the first 5 per month, chargeable, at a unit price of $ 10 US.
Partner lawyers can credit their account in the "packages" section for the number of contacts they want, at declining prices. These packages are usable for a period of 1 year from date to date, without tacit renewal at the end of the year, or postponement.
The lawyer partner is free to create a direct business relationship with the user, to fix without any constraint, his fees on his consultations and interventions, without compensation or payment to Wikiright.
The lawyer partner can resort to the purchase of connection, or put forward his Law Office by advertising insertions whose prices and terms are available in the account of the partner lawyer in the Upgrade section (available in June 2020) .
REGISTRATION (FREE): The lawyer must provide, within a maximum of 2 months following his registration, 5 documents and 5 articles
PROFILE CREATION (FREE): the profile must be complete
SALE OF DOCUMENTS (20% incl. VAT paid as commission to WIKIRIGHT): For the documents that the partner lawyer wishes to sell. The partner lawyer can decide for each document whether it is published free of charge or intended for sale.
CONNECTION FROM ARTICLE AND DOCUMENT PAGES(FREE): unlimited
CONNECTION FROM SEARCHED PAGES The first 5 per month are free.
BEYOND 5 per month: $ 10 per connection. Decreasing prices. Prices available at the Tariffs page in the user account.

Article 6 : Confidentiality
Each of the parties is required to keep confidential all professional and personal information, in particular technical, commercial or specific to the products and services of the parties, exchanged within the framework of the execution of this agreement, in particular:
- keep them strictly confidential, to this end protect them under appropriate conditions, do not divulge them to a third party, except with the express prior agreement of the other PARTY
- not to disclose them to a third party, except with the express prior agreement of the other PARTY
- use, copy, reproduce in whole or in part the information provided by the other party for the sole purpose of executing the agreement
- Immediately cease all use of the information provided by the other party at the latter's request.
It is expressly agreed between the parties that the obligation of confidentiality will be maintained for a period of three (3) years from the expiration of this agreement, for whatever reason.
Each party undertakes, unless the other party requests in writing, to destroy any copy of the confidential information and to justify this destruction.

Article 7: Modification
Any amendment to the contract must be subject of an amendment signed by the representatives of the parties duly authorized for this purpose.

Article 8: Inalienability of the contract
This contract being concluded intuitu personae, it is expressly admitted by the parties that it cannot be the subject of any transfer or assignment.

Article 9: Mutual independence
The PARTIES declare and recognize that they are and will remain, throughout the duration of this agreement, independent commercial and professional partners, each insuring the risks of their own activity. The costs of the Partner and of Wikiright are entirely at their respective expense.
This Agreement does not constitute an association, franchise or mandate given by one party to the other party. Neither party can make commitments in the name and on behalf of the other party. The parties make all the tax and social security declarations necessary for their respective activities and agree to comply with the laws in force.

Article 10: Intellectual property
Wikiright is the owner of the rights to its brand and name, as well as to its products. This partnership does not have the effect of conferring on the partner any right whatsoever over Wikiright's intellectual property rights, other than that of being cited, in accordance with this agreement.
Wikiright reserves the right to cite the partnership in any medium.
The Partner authorizes the dissemination of its logo and / or its brand or any non-confidential information enabling it to be identified with the public.
Wikiright allows the use of its logo or mention the partnership between the partner lawyer and WIKIRIGHT, provided that it is provided with a hypertext link pointing either to the page, in Wikiright, of the partner lawyer, or to the Wikiright.com home page
Wikiright may be required to grant a quality label, or a seal of trust towards partner lawyers, the publication of these elements provided with their link to Wikiright for information compliance is free throughout the duration of the partnership, and must, within 30 days following the end of the partnership with the partner lawyer, be removed from all media.

Article 11 - Limitation of liability
The content made available on the Site is provided for informational purposes. The existence of a link from this Site to another site does not constitute a validation of this site or its content.

Article 12: Personal data
The PARTIES undertake to comply with the provisions of General Data Protection Rules (GDPR) 2016/679, as amended, relating to personal data protection.
As such, the partner lawyer collects the data provided by Wikiright for monitoring their contracts and their relationships with them. These data are necessary for this monitoring and are not communicated to unauthorized third parties. In accordance with the amended data protection law, the partner lawyer and its employees can consult, correct or delete information concerning them, by sending their request by mail to the law firm of the partner lawyer, accompanied by a copy of their ID card.

Article 13: Attribution of jurisdiction
Only the courts of Paris will be competent to hear any disputes relating to this contract and its implementation, including its validity, interpretation, execution, termination and its consequences, except in the case where this attribution of jurisdiction would not be applicable due to the quality of one of the parties.
